To place your order for Shamir Autograph, please provide the following information:

• Full prescription including add
• Mono PDs and fitting heights
• Standard or short corridor (minimum fitting heights 18 and 16mm respectively)
• Frame measurements (A, B and DBL). For optimum lens thickness please provide a frame trace.
