Lens Designs: Single Vision

Single-vision lenses are by far the most commonly prescribed lenses. Shamir provides a full range of single-vision products, from finished stock through traditionally surfaced lenses, all the way up to our digitally-optimised FreeForm® lenses.

Stock Lenses

We hold a large stock in CR39, polycarbonate, Trivex®, and in Superlite 1.60, 1.67 and 1.74. We have uncoated, hard-coated and HMC stock lenses, and treatments include polarised, DriveWear™ and Transitions®.

Surfaced Single-Vision Lenses

We offer surfaced single-vision lenses in a full range of indexes, from 1.50 up to 1.74, including DriveWear™ and Transitions®. Coating options include HMC, Glacier and Glacier Plus.
