- Credit Account Application Form
- You need a credit account with us in order to use Shamir Online. If you do not currently
have a credit account and would like to apply for one, please download the
application form, fill it in and return it to us.
- QuickSupport
- QuickSupport is a remote control program that allows our support team temporary remote
access to your computer if you are having problems with our tracer application or with
Shamir Online. This program does not make any changes to your computer, nor does it
allow us (or anyone else) to access your computer without your knowledge.
- VCA Tracer Application
- This application allows you to trace frame shapes on any OMA compliant tracer, and also
provides support for users of Essilor Phi tracers. You will need this application if you
want to do remote edging or precal work using Shamir Online.
- VCA Tracer Manual
- The manual will help you to install and configure the VCA Tracer Application. It is a PDF
document, so clicking on the link will open the manual in your browser; if you want to
download the manual, right-click the button and choose Save Target As... from the
pop-up menu.
